Hi all, Is there an easy way to only refine hydroxyl atoms (like ribose HO2' atoms) in Phenix.refine ? I understand that it can be done in readySet. Thanks, Pascal

I tried phenix.real_space_refine *.cif *.mrc hydrogens.refine=individual without success (with a cry-EM map). Any ideas ? Pascal
