[ thanks for the comments on sigma-A ] a related thread : its nice how xtriage puts loggraph specifications ($TABLE etc.) in the output. what is the source file that writes this? or is it more complicated than that? the .log can be hacked, but its a miserable thing to do. e.g. to incorporate such lines into phenix refine output - esp. a ln(sigma-A) plot - would be handy in such a format. then the course of refinement or all the dmin-dependent stats can be graphed. OR am i just missing something (CL flag, GUI...) -bryan

grep for "loggraph" in $PHENIX/cctbx_project/mmtbx/scaling, which uses $PHENIX/cctbx_project/iotbx/data_plots.py from several places to create the loggraph output. Ralf

The GUI already does this: http://cci.lbl.gov/~nat/img/phenix/refine_plot.png Doesn't have sigma-A in there yet, but if Pavel adds this to the mmtbx.f_model.info class, I'll add that to the GUI too. We try to avoid logfile parsing as much as possible, although the GUI can handle loggraph format if necessary (i.e. Phaser). -Nat
