Hi, I get linking problems of the CRF chromophore in GFP, where the peptide bonds connecting to each end of the chromophore to the protein do not show planar configuration. The LINK cif seems to only constrain bonds and angles. Any help how to fix the planar peptide bonds at the connecting ends? Many thanks. If you can share with me directly, I can add the planar restraints.
Cheers
