Hi, I would like to call programs like phenix.refine from a python script. Is the python subprocess module my best bet? Or does phenix provide its own interface similar to, say, ccp4 dispatchers? Thanks. Wolfram Tempel

yes, you can do it (perhaps not all programs). Tell us what program you want to call this way and someone will help you to get started. Pavel
