how to generate anomalous difference map in phenix
Hi, Does anyone know how to generate anomalous difference map by phenix? I have the data file with the scalepack format and the refined model against this data. Thanks!

phenix.create_maps in a recent nightly build will definitely generate coefficients for Coot (i.e. in an MTZ file). Hi, if your input data file contains Fobs+ and Fobs-, phenix.refine will automatically generate anomalous differences map. It will be in your *_map_coeffs.mtz file with some obvious labels containing "anom" (along with all other maps). Pavel. On 9/10/09 12:50 PM, crystallogrphy wrote:
