Dear Kay, You can control the distance for the atom separation/anisotropy in Phaser with the llgcomplete.clash input parameter. By default llgcomplete.clash is zero, which means Phaser will calculate a value based on the resolution. If a value is set this will override the default. Apologies, this was not explained in the wiki, but is now! Airlie
