Rwork Rfree Bonds Angles
Dear All, During Phenix refinement, it request the Rwork and Rfree graduately decrease (at least no increase). But there is no request that the Bonds (should be RMS?) and the Angles (should also be RMS?) should graduately decrease. Am I right? I am looking forward to getting your reply. Hexi

Because they don't have to. The optimal rmsd_bonds is determined by several factors (mostly related to data quality). If your starting model is too tight, it will go up, if it's too loose, it will go down. -- "I'd jump in myself, if I weren't so good at whistling." Julian, King of Lemurs
