Where any major bugs fixed between the 1161 nightly build and the official 1.8.1 release? I have a large batch job running that uses 1161. If the squashed bugs are big enough, it might be worth stopping the job to install the new release. Otherwise, I'll just let it run to completion. Thanks. :) Eric

It depends what you're running. If it's just phenix.cif_as_mtz, you should be fine - there were several bugs in Phaser and the GUI that got fixed in the following week however. -Nat
