FOM in output MTZ file from phenix.refine
Dear all, there is no FOM comlumn in my output MTZ file from phenix.refine. According to the documentation, the MTZ with FOM should be written out by default. I did not find any option that would trigger FOM inclusion. What can I do to include FOM? yes, see page 57 here: http://www.phenix-online.org/presentations/latest/pavel_phenix_refine.pdf

Which documentation you are referring to?

A couple of options: - use "export_final_f_model=mtz", for example: phenix.refine data.hkl model.pdb export_final_f_model=mtz - use phenix.reciprocal_space_arrays program: http://www.phenix-online.org/documentation/reciprocal_space_arrays.htm Pavel
