I’ve changed computers recently and for administrative reasons had to change my userID. As a result, all of the directories containing my phenix projects have changed. Is there a simple way to update the directories associated each project? Thanks Arthur ***************** Arthur Glasfeld Reed College Portland, OR 97202
Hi Arthur,
Yes, in the GUI, there is a "Projects" menu item that has an "Import
project" function. This will update the directories in the project.
However, if there is a hard coded path somewhere in a settings file that
you add as an input file, that path would not be updated.
Let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
