Refinement of two co-factors/ligands at the same position

Dear all, how can I refine two different co-factors/ligands ('XXX and YYY', with differing occupancy and cif-Files) located at the same position within an enzyme? What about the chain IDs, segment IDs etc? Thanks and best wishes Kornelius -- Kornelius Zeth ZMBP, Uni-Tuebingen Auf der Morgenstelle 1 72076 Tübingen Germany

Hi Kornelius, See page 4 of this newsletter: http://phenix-online.org/newsletter/CCN_2010_07.pdf Just give the two ligands the same resid and chain id, but different resname and altloc. Ralf On Mon, Jan 23, 2012 at 3:14 AM, Kornelius Zeth < [email protected]> wrote:
