[cctbxbb] Boost Import Error

Hi all,

In case anyone else runs into the same problems (which is not unlikely), the following worked for me:

> svn co https://pymol.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/pymol/trunk/pymol
> cd pymol
> cctbx.python setup.py build
> cctbx.python setup.py install
>
