[cctbxbb] bootstrap script broken - more rotamer goodness

Hi Markus,

Feel free to add such a message to the bootstrap script - including smiley
and all, if you fancy :-). I'm sure you could modify the "quitting: rotamer
library..." message to something a bit more helpful to users if you wish.
