[cctbxbb] Best place to get ccp4io, boost, etc?

Hi,

I noticed that the nightly build get their dependencies from http://cci.lbl.gov/repositories/ccp4io.gz and the like. Is this the preferred way to make sure one is in synch with trunk then?
