[cctbxbb] SVN is back on SourceForge

I tried updating my local copy of cctbx and it seems that sourceforge
restored revision 22623. I have revision 22624, so svn did not update my
copy. I guess we have to figure out how to get the sourceforge version to
be the most recent.
