[cctbxbb] Installation failure after package updates

Hi Markus,

I just checked in a fix. I updated the LD_LIBRARY_PATH to include
base/lib64 so that libffi is found. I also updated the path for the
gdk-pixbuf loaders.

Also, pango should not need to rebuild its modules anymore.
