[cctbxbb] Pillow has landed

Hello everyone,

Bootstrap now installs Pillow as the new replacement library of the Python Imaging Library (PIL), which has been deprecated/abandonware for a couple of years now.

You can update your local installation by running
    libtbx.python -m pip install Pillow

I ran tests locally, and they appeared to run fine. Although this is pretty much a drop-in replacement there may be some import statements which need updating.
