[cctbxbb] subset of reflections from mtz object

Hi,

I'm not as well versed using iotbx.mtz as I ought to be.

I'd like to make a subset of reflections from an mtz file bounded by a  
chosen dmin and dmax, i.e. a resolution shell of reflections. What is 
the best way of doing this in python?
