[cctbxbb] jupyter notebook

Hi all,
how does one configure, and run inside a jupyter notebook, a cctbx-enabled
kernel, beginning with a downloaded [cctbx build](

seems to describe the first part, but may no longer apply to more recent
cctbx builds.
