[phenixbb] Problem in Autosol

Hi All,
I was trying to run SAD phasing with phenix GUI for the first time. After
conversion of mtz to sca file, at the step of autosol_scale_and_analyze_mad,
I got the following message:

failed to carry out Autosol_scale_and_analyze_mad
None of the solve versions worked

I'm pretty sure I choose the right package. Should I do something to
configure solve?
