Hi Cesar,

- first of all, the version 1.24 is too old, so I would stop using it 
now and get the latest development version that came out a few days ago:
http://www.phenix-online.org/download/

- yes, phenix.refine does bulk solvent correction and anisotropic 
scaling at the very end. Although I don't remember, but it's very likely 
that it wasn't the case for 1.24 version.
