Hi John,

there are currently no specific tools in PHENIX to do this. I know some 
people use TLSview set of tools:

http://pymmlib.sourceforge.net/tlsview/tlsview.html

although I'm not sure if it accepts phenix.refine style of TLS 
selections, so you may need to re-format them.
