[phenixbb] optimize weighs

Hi Yusuf,

please use the latest version of PHENIX.

The latest officially released version:
http://www.phenix-online.org/download/

or the latest development version (built nightly):
https://www.phenix-online.org/download/phenix/nightly/

This particular problem should be fixed there.
