[phenixbb] phenix.autobuild error

Hi Andreas,

I'm sorry for the trouble!  I have never seen this one or anything like
it!  If you would like to send to me (terwilliger at lanl.gov) the data used
I will try to see what is going on.  If you don't have the latest phenix
it would be good to try updating as well.
