[phenixbb] Fixing coordinates in phenix.refine_gui

[AMIT]

Hi All
          Is it possible to fix only the coordinates(xyz's) of residues or
individual atoms in phenix.refine_gui while refining it for rest of the
atoms?

Any suggestions will be helpful.
