[phenixbb] Can Phenix do MR with medium/low res EM models?

Hi Gino,
Are your EM models electron density instead of coordinates?
this site outlines a procedure
for tranferring the map to a arge unit cell (i.e. lots of space around the model,
so in your case really lareg!), calculating SF's, and using them as
MR model in phaser:
