[phenixbb] external ncs reference structures?

Dear Phenix developers,

We are finishing up refinement of some multiprotein-DNA complex  
structures at 3-3.5 A resolution
  and I am wondering if it would be possible with phenix.refine to  
supply one
or more external sets of coordinates from higher-resolution  
determinations to serve as the ncs references.
If so what would be the best way to set this up?
