[phenixbb] clean up temporary files

When running the wizards, try adding this:

clean_up=True

which should erase TEMP0.  I assume you're using the command line, but I'll
add this to the GUI too.  (It will also be easier to manage old result
directories in the GUI, once I finish cleaning up the project management.)
