[phenixbb] coot - display map

I  changed the path for the coot, using preference in the phenix-GUI, now it works.

This usually means that Coot is having problems using its embedded Python interpreter.  A third experiment:

coot --no-state-script --script $PHENIX/phenix/wxGUI2/Coot.py

and send me the output.  What OS are you using, and where did you obtain the Coot build?
