[phenixbb] Dear everybody

There is a problem with these installers - they are missing a few libraries.  Sorry, I put them up there prematurely; this doesn't show up in the automatic tests, because they don't run in the installer framework.  I've reverted the home page.  New installers should be ready shortly.
