[phenixbb] phenix.reduce segmentation fault with -trim option on Snow leopard Mac OSX

Hi
I am running the phenix.reduce with the -trim option and getting a
segmentation fault with phenix version 1.6.289
I will remove the molprobity introduced hydrogens using pdbtools ..but
thought I will write in with this
