[phenixbb] get_cc_mtz_pdb results

Hi Jerome,

CC=1: full correlation;
CC=-1: full anti-correlation.

In terms of electron density maps, CC~0.7-0.8 and up is a good 
correlation, and lower values indicate poorer correlation.

The numbers you quoted indicate a problem.
