I can't speak to their quality, but Google turned up quite a few; I'd
suggest the following:

The first is by Axel Brunger (whose group wrote XPLOR and CNS), and
the latter two are by structural genomics groups which used both
techniques extensively.  There should be plenty of references to
papers comparing individual structures.
