[phenixbb] R-factor calculation

Thanks Pavel. It works.

I earlier tried "high_resolution 2.0" which didn't work since I missed 
the '=' sign.
Maybe it's useful to print out options/examples. Currently, 
phenix.model_vs_data --help or (-h)  gives
Sorry: No reflection file found.

I am using phenix-1.7.3-928 version.
