Hi Alex,

this could be a problem with your .hhr-file. Recently, the secondary 
structure prediction is missing for certain models. The hhr-parser has been 
updated to handle this, so you may have to just update.

If you are on the current version (dev-1080 or above), the problem is 
likely to be something else. In that case, could you send me the offending 
.hhr-file?
