[phenixbb] command line molprobity tools

Just figured it out. The problem is with the usage text. It says:

Example:

   phenix.rotalyze pdb=1ubq.pdb outliers_only=True

It should say

Example:

   phenix.rotalyze 1ubq.pdb outliers_only=True
