[phenixbb] Error: "Error running main function (INPUT): LLG completion peak selection method not recognized"

Okay, this is definitely a bug - fixing now.  You can circumvent this by
clicking "Other settings" in the first tab, look for a control in the
"Log-likelihood gradient completion" section whose label starts with "Type
of llg maps...", and change the value to ATOMTYPE.
