[phenixbb] Plotting disabled

My apologies for this - I was attempting to fix the problem (which we
encountered at a user workshop last week) and I think I actually made it
worse.  If you erase the installation and re-download and re-install, it
should be truly fixed now (by statically linking a specific version of
libpng).
