[phenixbb] Phenix composite omit map

Thank you Tom,

I understand what "command not found" mean, but I already sourced
"phenix_env" in my bashrc. "phenix.list" works, also I have already run
"phenix.autosol", "phenix.autobuild", "phenix.refine" without any problems.
