[phenixbb] Generate table 1-error message

Hi,

I got an error message when I tried to run the generate table 1 utility:

Crystal symmetry mismatch between different files.

My input files for pdb, mtz and cif were generated from my ccp4 refmac run.
The unmerged data is the mtz output of ccp4 aimless.

Did I upload the wrong file?
