[phenixbb] Specify a chain in Phenix Autobuild

Hi Xiao,

If you are building with "rebuild_in_place=False" then no, you cannot specify which chain to build. It will build whatever protein/DNA/RNA that it can find in your map (based on chain_type) and try to assign it to whatever sequence you supply.

On the other hand with "rebuild_in_place=True" you can specify which chain to rebuild with a command like "rebuild_chain_list=F" .
