[phenixbb] Phenix and coot

Hi,
The phenix connection to graphics software stopped working on my laptop after a refine job got suspended and I had to force quit the program (abort function did not work). Now when I run refinement the coot does not start automatically. How can I reconnect phenix with coot and pymol?
