[phenixbb] chain name lentgh

Hi Roberto,

longer than two-characters chain ID should work fine if

a) you use most recent version of Phenix (from nightly builds), and
b) use mmCIF for input and output (more than two long chain IDs won't 
fit into PDB format).

Let us know if this does not work for you!
