CC=1: full correlation;<br>
CC=-1: full anti-correlation.<br>
<br>
In terms of electron density maps, CC~0.7-0.8 and up is a good
correlation, and lower values indicate poorer correlation.<br>
<br>
The numbers you quoted indicate a problem.<br>
