    just to add to Oleg's reply.. This option will enable three types of
    DNA specific restraints:<br>
    <br>
    - restraints to mimic hydrogen bonds between interacting base pairs;<br>
    - planarity restraints for interacting base pairs;<br>
    - parallelity restraints will gently enforce stacking bases to be
    approximately parallel.<br>
