Hi Ryan,

low resolution limit is set at 2.8A (it is a changeable parameter),
so at 2.72 it should look for and hopefully find waters.
Could you please send me model and data files off-list so I can have
a closer look?

Thanks,

Hi all,

I am having an issue during refinement when using Phenix
Refine. Every time I try to "update waters" it does not place
or update the waters. My structure is 2.72 A.Is the
resolution not good enoughfor this feature?

If anyone has ideas, or if I need to supply more information,
I would be happy to obligeas I am fairly new to the field and
still learning.

Thank you in advance!
