Ramachandran plot (General) that you can quickly get using this
command:</p>

<p>phenix.ramalyze plot=True show_labels=False
markerfacecolor=yellow markeredgecolor=red model.pdb</p>
<p><br>
</p>
<p>That'll give a better starting point to offer suggestions. <br>
</p>
