phenix.geometry_minimization: regularize model geometry
Description
The program idealizes model geometry according to standard geometry restraints.
- In addition it can use extra restraints such as:
- Ramachandran plot,
- secondary structure,
- reference to starting position,
- C-beta deviations restraints,
- amino-acid residue side-chain rotamer restraints,
- other user-defined (custom) restraints.
Command line usage examples:
% phenix.geometry_minimization model.pdb
