phenix.f000: given PDB file and mean bulk-solvent density estimate F000 reflection

Description

The program reads PDB model and optionally provided mean bulk-solvent density value (default is 0.35).

Output: estimate of F000 value and solvent content

Command line usage examples:

% phenix.f000 model.pdb
% phenix.f000 model.pdb mean_solvent_density=0.44
