[cctbxbb] SVN is back on SourceForge

Folks

The return of SVN on SF has caused a few problems on the BuildBot but I
moved the cctbx_project directory and forced some builds. I'm hoping things
will progress but will check later tonight.

There have been some strange error messages causing some emails to be send
but I'm hoping things will settle soon.
